Story

The blueberry is one of the few fruits native to North America. Blueberry was an important crop to the early Pilgrims, who learned about its cultivation from the Native Americans. A beverage made with blueberries was an important staple for Civil War Soldiers. There are two main types commonly grown blueberry: the smaller 'wild' type, known as lowbush and the larger highbush type. Lowbush blueberries are prized for their vivid color and flavor, while highbush blueberries are the most aromatic.

"I loved the Blueberry Tea. The flavor was subtle and not at all perfumey like some blueberry teas tend to be. I also like the inclusion of raspberry leaves in the tea--it adds a great depth of flavor. I bought a sample and will definitely buy more."
