Story

Caramel is partially burned sugar which is brown in color, with a hint of brown sugar flavor. It is primarily used to flavor candy and soft drinks, such as Coca Cola. Caramel is easy to make. Simply heat sugar slowly, bringing it to a temperature of 170 degrees. As sugar melts, its molecules break down, acquiring the characteristic caramel color and flavor.
