Description

A wonderful introduction to the wide range of herbal teas. Each sample makes about 6-8 cups of tea. This set includes (though subject to change without notification):

chamomile - A beloved herb from Egypt's Nile River Valley. Aroma of freshly cut apples, calming floral-sweet flavor.
lemon grass - Native of Southeast Asia, with delicate Meyer lemon flavor, hint of sweet ginger and uplifting floral aroma.
peppermint - A native of the Mediterranean, revered for its cool, crisp aroma, deeply fresh flavor and smooth finish.
spearmint - Refreshingly clear, soothing aroma. Slightly smoother, more grounded than peppermint, gentle to the palate.

"I enjoyed chamomile and lemon grass, but I didn't care for the mint teas. If you like the taste of mints, then you'd probably like the mint teas. Spearmint reminded me of toothpaste though. I generally prefer my teas warm, but I preferred these herbals cooled down or around room temperature."

"I'm very cautious when it comes to herbal teas, as I generally prefer basic black and green teas. However, these were a wonderful introduction to how herbal tea can go right. Not overpowering with herbally flavor, and are wonderful to mix with other teas. (Lemon grass and white monkey is a new favorite combo!)."
