This will involve analyzing the market to identify promising opportunities; planning and executing promotional campaigns; developing and implementing a strategy for initiating contacts; responding to customers' inquiries; maintaining a database and overseeing all company communications with clients.

Customer Service

Help us improve our impressive customer service marks on BizRate and Epinions. This involves overseeing all facets of customer service experience; responding to customers' inquiries; reviewing special requests and evaluating their feasibility; engaging in online chat and participating in our lively bulletin boards discussions.

Product Demonstrations

Help us demonstrate our products in a retail environment. This involves visiting retailers who now sell our products and providing samples that customers may try in the store or take home to try later. This is a flexible position requiring just a few hours per week.
