Description

Rooibos, colloquially known as Red Tea, is an herbal plant that grows in South Africa. Rooibos is a flavorful alternative to tea for those seeking to minimize caffeine intake. Our "Rooibos Cinnamon Apple" is a top-grade organic version, flavored with pieces of cinnamon and apple.

Story

Apple may be the most famous fruit of all. It all began with a story of Adam and Eve, as well as Greek and Roman mythology, where apples are often referred to as symbols of love and beauty. William Tell gained fame by shooting an apple off his son's head. Newton gets clobbered by one as he discovers gravity. From Europe, apples travel aboard the Mayflower, and John Chapman gains fame by planting trees throughout the Midwest, earning the nickname of Johnny Appleseed. Their relatives now grow in the State of Washington.

"Lovely cider taste to this tea. Love that rooibos needs no sugar to have a late night treat :)"

"It tasted really good! I was able to reuse the leaves twice and it tasted as good as the first batch. I added some sugar cuz I like it sweet."

"Another good rooibos blend with the sweet taste of apples. Although the cinnamon was almost non-existant in my package, this was still a blend I enjoyed down to the last sip."

"While I'm not much of a fan of cinnamon apple as a tea flavor, I purchased this for a family member and they were head over heels for it. Trying it myself, I noted the always awesome rooibos backing it, and the cinnamon, which gave a neat twist to the rooibos' citrus taste. The apple was a little strong to me, but I'm probably in the minority on that one."

"Very sweet, it mostly reminds me of my mom's apple crisp -- though a tad bit more artificial."

"This is a yummy substitute for hot apple cider, when you don't want all that sugar or sticky sweetness."
