TriniTEA Electric Maker

"Where is the customer service???? My TriniTEA Electric Maker has corroded from the inside where you pour in the water...had it for almost a year. I had to replace the carafe and paid $20...unfortunately I noticed the corrosion only after I replaced the carafe. So now I'm stuck with a useless teamaker and a new carafe. These machines should last way longer considering the price. I need a replacement. Geez...at least have a phone number we can call. If anyone finds the number, please copy and paste it for me. "

"we have had this teamaker for a couple of years now. we brew at least 1 pot of hot tea every morning, then several days a week i brew a concentrate for making iced tea. i've had a couple of other teamakers made by other manufacturers and none have been as great as this one. while one of my old ones brewed good tea, i had to replace it every year (and it ran around $135). this one has been going strong for well over two years and i just now had to replace the steeping chamber. we mostly brew black teas but it is nice having the temperature adjustment feature for the times when i want to brew something that needs a lower temp. i highly recommend this brewer for anyone who really likes tea..."
