"Really nice smoky flavor, reminds me of jerky or barbecue sauce (without the meat flavor)."

"I have enjoyed the Lapsong Souchong. It has a very strong smoky taste to it. I don't drink it as an everyday tea, but I will certainly be ordering more."

"At first the tea smelled like a barbecue sauce with too much whiskey, so I was a bit nervous, but all of that changed when I took my first sip. The smokiness comes out surprisingly subtle in the finished product, and the cooling sensation that accompanies it is well appreciated. Possibly my favorite black tea. "
