"This is a real sweet green. Be careful not to steep it too long or too hot or it will tend to bring out real grassy bitter notes. "

"Different, enjoyable. Definitely grassy, but almost a faint hint of sea to me."

"One of my top two green teas. This tea will stop you in your tracks. It has a innate sweetness that may make you think twice about adding sugar. It has bright (sweet?) notes that I have not found in any other tea. Incredibly satisfying. Add a litte extra when steeping - you're using leaves and stems with this tea. "

"A very nice green tea. Just wanted to try something different and as usual I'm pleasantly surprised by the taste. I was never a big green tea fan until I had Adagio."
