"This one had the same problem the other one had. After time, the infuser has to be pushed down otherwise it will rise to the top (ruining the "batch"). I just use a spoon or something to push it down after the first bit of water hits the filter."

"i have to saty this mechanism is awesome i love the ease of just putting the cup under and watching it pour i though it was gunna be a little bigger and a little disappointed , but its still a great device none the less also i have to use a spoon to dig out all the leaves afterwards because i dont have a garbage disposal but i will use this thing for ever "
