Description

Pomegranate has historically been a symbol of fertility, marriage, abundance as well as righteousness. We promise none of these things upon consumption, but trust you will enjoy this blend of premium Ceylon black tea, sweetly tart Pomegranate flavor, and decorative raspberry pieces.

Story

Pomegranate has been cultivated and enjoyed throughout the world- mainly in the Mediterranean and Middle East since ancient times. Recently, it has received a more popular following stateside with its classification as a 'superfood': It is rich in antioxidants and various vitamins. Its abundance of seeds may scare off the first-time pomegranate consumer, but it is those very seeds, referred to as arils, that are the most desired for their unique juicy flavor.

"This tea lacks in both fragrance and taste. The weak pomegranate flavor is very hard to notice against the natural bitterness of the tea leaves. It's a good tea for blending, not so much on its own."

"This is a great tea. It is smooth and the pomegranate is not an overwhelming, way too fruity taste. This one will make it to my reorder list. :) "

"This is a very nice tea. I like to add just a bit of honey and lemon to it when I drink it hot. Iced it is good plain."

"Realy lacked any pomegranate taste at all, it didn't even have a hint of flavor. It just tasted like a normal cup of black tea, very dissapointing."

"used just a bit cooler water on this one which brings out the fruitiness. Just the right amount of pomegranate. "

"For you pomegrante lovers this is it. Not too strong but perfect blend-I like brewed a little on strong side."
