How To Place An Order
To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the product listing. Once complete, hit the 'checkout' button to enter in your billing and shipping info and complete the order.
Our 'Quick Shop' makes this process even simpler. Hovering over an item's index page image will bring up the Quick Shop button. Clicking it shows you the quantity menu, and you can add the items directly to your cart without visiting the individual page.
Edit Cart Quantity
It's very easy to change the items or their quantity in your bag. Click the bag icon on the upper right, and select
Edit Bag.
Change Quantity
You can edit and item's quantity by changing the number in the quantity box and pressing 'Update Cart'.
Save an Item for Later
If you've added an item to your cart, but don't wish to purchase it yet, simply click on the box to the left of the item to deselect it from your cart. It will not be visible in checkout, but remain in your cart for next time.
To remove an item
Simply click the 'delete' button to the right of the item.
Bulk Size Availability
Not seeing a bulk size you used to order? We apologize that one of your favorite teas in bulk sizing has been removed from our catalog.
From time to time we remove a few slow-selling items or sizes to make room for teas that may prove to be more popular. We are sorry to see this happen to a bulk sack that you had enjoyed. However, we're happy to offer a few ways to solve this problem.
First, the 16oz pouches are not being discontinued, and we still offer a discount with ordering 5lbs or more.
Next, there's the option of replacing the tea with another one that we do offer in bulk sizing. To make discovering new favorites easier, we offer sample sizes of nearly all the teas in our collection. We also offer an
advanced search feature that allows you to search our catalog for specific things like caffeine level, country of origin, ingredients, flavor profile, and more to find something comparable. We hope this feature will make finding replacements much easier if bulk sizing is a must!
Make A Special Order
The third option is to request this tea in a large enough quantity that we can special order for you. The minimum commitment for this is 200lbs, or 8 sacks, for most teas. If you can commit to purchasing this quantity over a period of 1-2 years, we can further assist. Please
contact us to proceed.
Payment Options
We happily accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept ACH payments through your Bank Account.
If you desire terms, please complete a
credit application.
Add To Existing Order
If you place and order and realize you forgot to add an item, while it remains unprocessed, you may still add items. Add the new items to your cart, and then look for the 'Add to Last Order' button below the Checkout link.
However, once the order begins processing, unfortunately, we can no longer add new items to the same order. In this case, please consider placing a second order for the missing items.
Update Order Address
Thanks again for your recent order. While it remains unprocessed, you may easily update the address where the items you selected will arrive.
To do so, please log into My Account, and go to
My Orders. Here you'll find a listing of your orders. Click the order number to update the shipping address of any order that we've yet to process.
Order has Already Processed
If your order has already started processing, we apologize but we can no longer make any changes to your order before the carrier receives it.
Its delivery address may still be updated using
UPS My Choice or
FedEx Delivery Manager.
Cancel An Order
Change your mind? Cancelling your order is a piece of cake. Visit the
order history page in your account. You will see a listing of recent orders with the 'click to cancel' option next to each that has yet to be processed.
If the status of your order says 'processing,' then unfortunately the order is beyond cancellation. It had already been boxed up and moved to our shipping dock.
Re-Order | Duplicate Past Order
We make re-ordering the items you’ve enjoyed in the past easy. Most past selections are neatly summarized on your
Favorites page. Please use the Quick Shop feature to easily add them to your cart.
To duplicate an entire order, please visit your
order history page, and look for the “reorder” option in the details of the order that you’re looking to repeat. Clicking this will add the entirety of the order to your cart. Then proceed through Checkout.
Sales Tax
Teaware items are subject to sales tax for businesses located in California, Illinois, and New Jersey.
Tea is subject to a 1% tax in the state of Illinois.
Shipping | Domestic And International
Domestic
Domestic wholesale orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground service. Charges are determined by weight and destination. You can see these charges prior to finalizing and submitting the order. Express options are available in the checkout and may incur extra charges.
Pallet sized shipments can be shipped via LTL trucker. Quotes can be obtained and submitted to you for approval prior to shipping. Please
email us for quotes.
International
For international orders, all duties and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are shipped via FedEx Cross Border and delivered by local post, or shipped via UPS International.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing begins at the case price for any teaware or pre-packaged item.
Purchases smaller than the case size will be charged the full retail price.
Loose bulk teas are priced per pound with the minimum increment shown as the option below the sample size.
Wholesale Minimums
The minimum order quantities is one pound for any of our loose teas (with the exception of the Masters collection), and one case for any of our packaged teas.
A one-case minimum also applies to our teaware items (sorry, no mixed cases).
To Maintain Wholesale Status
We kindly ask you to spend a minimum of $600 over a rolling six month period. Should you require less product, we recommend visiting our
consumer website, which has no minimums and offers free shipping with a purchase of $49 or more.
Wholesale Ordering
Orders should be placed online at the Adagio XL website or sent to
orders@adagio.com. Loyalty points may only be redeemed if you place the order through our website. Orders that are phoned in or emailed are not eligible for point redemption.
Wholesale ordering cannot be done at our retail stores.
If you wish to make an addition to an order that has been processed, please let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to add to an order once it has been prepared for shipping. If your order has not yet been processed, you may add to it directly through the website! To accomplish this, use the instructions in the "Add to Existing Order" section.
Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are accrued with every purchase as a reward to our Wholesale customers. You'll automatically earn Loyalty Points for every dollar spent.
Once your point total reaches 100, you'll have a chance to apply them for instant cash savings on your order. Every 100 points saves you $5. It's that easy!
Redeem Points for Cash Savings
Once you have over 100 Points, you may easily exchange these for instant cash savings on your order. You'll do this in the last step of checkout.
Look for the 'Certificates' field on the Order Summary page. Choose how many of your points (100 or more) you would like to redeem from the drop-down menu. Click "apply" and ta-da! See your savings instantly before you place your order.
Should you change your mind and wish not to use them, please select "remove" next to the points applied.
Loyalty points may only be redeemed if you place the order through our website. Orders that are phoned in or emailed are not eligible for point redemption.
Expiration
Points never expire!
Third-Party Platforms
We DO NOT allow reselling of our branded products on any third-party platforms including but not limited to Amazon, Google, Walmart, or Ebay.
