Lavender is a flowering bush which produces clusters of tiny, purple flowers. Chamomile is a plant with long thin stems and small daisy-like flowers. Both are popular in nighttime teas the world over for their calming properties. In this tea, however, we're adding a new, third sleepy time helper to the mix: CBD. Cannabidiol, or CBD, is made from the cannabis, or hemp, plant.
